Fourteen nights on Silene capensis, the Xhosa ritual dream root, taken as 250 mg cold-soaked overnight, shaken into a foam, and drunk first thing in the morning on an empty stomach.
Recall was the headline. It went to 100 percent across every sleep phase, no exceptions. Vividness climbed early, and the pattern was clear: an empty stomach with foam pushed it up, and any night I took it after food the dream quality dropped right away. Timing and an empty gut seem to matter more than the dose.
On nights 6 and 7 I had a lucid dream inside a dream, back to back. It worked, but control was unstable. It read more like being dropped inside a hallucination than directing one. By days 10 to 14 the effects faded, then returned once I reset the protocol, which points at tolerance more than a true plateau.
My read is that this is not a take-it-and-get-lucid compound. It is a recall amplifier with some timing sensitivity. The obvious next step is to combine it with other oneirogens and see whether the effects stack.
